Moy King (Tiu) Chin

Moy King Tiu Chin of Quincy, formerly of Boston, passed away at Quincy Rehab. & Nursing Center on Thursday, October 15 2009 at age 96. A homemaker, she was born in China, where she was raised and educated, and lived in Boston for 22 years before moving to Quincy 5 years ago. The beloved wife of the late Edward Chin, she was the loving mother of Don Chin of Los Angeles, Sook Jing Yee of Braintree and Judy Byrd of Honolulu. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center on Friday, October 23 from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Family and friends are invited. On Saturday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00am, followed by a procession to Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston where Mrs. Chin will be buried.
