Joan M. (O'Donnell) Christie

Joan M. (O’Donnell) Christie passed away peacefully on Friday, November 12, 2021. Joan was a graduate of North Quincy High School Class of 1949. She went on to work for 31 years as a benefits counselor at the Federal Reserve.

Loving daughter of the late Anne C. Cochrane and Thomas G. O’Donnell, Sr.; Beloved wife of the late Arthur Christie; dear sister of the late Thomas G. O’Donnell, Jr.; loving aunt of Kevin T. O’Donnell and wife Mary of Barre, VT, Sean J. O’Donnell of Portland, ME; dear grand aunt of Kevin T. O’Donnell, Jr. and his wife Kelsey of Sutton, VT; great great aunt of Kevin James, Merrigan and Finnliegh O’Donnell of Sutton, VT; also survived by cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home on Thursday, November 18th at 9:00AM prior to Mass at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Church in Quincy. Burial will be at Walnut Hills Cemetery, Brookline.
