Lea L. (Papineau) Calligan of Quincy passed away peacefully on April 20, 2022, at the age of 76.

Beloved wife of the late John E. Calligan; loving mother of Carla B. Scanlan of Holbrook, MA, Erica M. Calligan of Weymouth, MA, Jeffery J. Calligan of Braintree, MA, John A. Calligan of Quincy, MA; devoted grandmother of her four grandchildren; dear sister of Esther Duffy of Halifax, MA, and Elizabeth J. Papineau of Taunton, MA.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday, May 2nd, from 9:00AM-11:00AM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm Street, Quincy Center. At 11:00AM there will be a service in the Funeral Home. Burial to follow at 1:30PM at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
