Una R. (Richard) Cullen

Una R. (Richard) Cullen of Quincy passed away on Friday, January 21, 2011 at age 86. Born in Lawrence she was raised and educated in Andover, attended College Marie-Anne in Lachine-Montreal and was a Quincy resident since 1959. A homemaker, she had worked for the telephone company and for 20 years for the South Shore VNA.

The beloved wife of Emmett J. Cullen, Una was the loving mother of Michael A. Cullen, Christopher C. Cullen, Maureen L. Cullen and Margaret M. Chiasson and her husband Jack, all of Quincy, Tish Morris and her husband John of Saugus, Sheila M. Koser and her husband Charles of Mashpee and Rosemary A. Cullen of Weymouth; dear grandmother of Christopher, Cara, Rich, Nicholas, Brian, Daniel, Joseph, Elizabeth, William and Karla and beloved sister of Paul T. Richard of Tempe, AZ.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, January 24 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Tuesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30am at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church 1017 Sea St. Quincy. Burial will be at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
