Nancy M. (Bertolon) DiPaolo of Quincy passed away from cancer at her beach house in Marshfield, In her favorite place with her family at her side. Born in Boston, she lived most of her life in Quincy and had her home in Marshfield for 9 years. Nancy worked as the Assistant Director of the Quincy Council on Aging for 11 years and in her spare time she stayed at the beach, walking her daschund Angus, painting, enjoying time with her friends and family and living life to the fullest. The beloved daughter of Henry J. Bertolon of Hingham and the late Loretta J. (Gillis) Bertolon, Nancy was the beloved wife of the late William Jeffrey DiPaolo, beloved fiance of James O’Brien of Quincy; loving mother of Daniel Jeffrey DiPaolo and his fiancee, Julie Bergman, and Christine Leigh DiPaolo and her fiance Shawn Draper, all of Quincy; dear sister of Carol A. Dorn of Braintree, Henry J. Bertolon, Jr. of Beverly, Thomas H. Bertolon of AZ and Marshfield and Laura Donovan of Braintree and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 6 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Tuesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home 8:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. Ann by the Sea Church 591 Ocean St. Marshfield. Burial will be private.
