Lawrence J. Falvey, Jr.

Lawrence J. Falvey, retired Assistant Clerk of Courts, Quincy District Court, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2012 at age 69. A lifelong Quincy resident, he worked for the courts for 45 years. The beloved son of Gladys E. (Doran) Falvey of Quincy and the late Lawrence J. Falvey, Larry is also survived by his sister Linda Falvey and her husband Robert Thornley of Weymouth, his nephew Justin L. Falvey and his dear friend Robert Harnais and his family of Braintree.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 19 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Friday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church 115 Crescent St. W. Quincy. Burial is at Hall Cemetery.
