José M. Feliciano of Quincy passed away at Weymouth Health Care Center on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at age 80. Born in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines, he served 6 years with the US Coast Guard, then lived in Cambridge and So. Boston before moving to Quincy 14 years ago. A graduate of Boston State College and Boston University, José worked as a commercial graphic artist at Hart Printing Co. in So. Boston before retiring. He was a regular at Mosley’s on the Charles where he enjoyed ballroom dancing and was a member of the Viking Club in Braintree. José was the loving father of José M. Feliciano, Jr. and his wife Donna of FL and Richard M. Feliciano and his wife Pam of Stoneham; dear grandfather of Nicholas, Eva, Kate, Maria, Joseph and Jesse; beloved brother of Gonsalo, Cezar, Ernesto, Corazon and Helen of the Philippines and is also survived by his long-time girlfriend Marleen McNeely of Quincy, his former wife Louise Feliciano of Cambridge and his step-son Stephen Lewis and his wife Lisi of Billerica. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, January 22 from 1:00 to 3:00pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. Burial will be at a later date.
