Margaret M. (Hamill) Foley

Margaret M. (Hamill) Foley, 92, died March 31, 2011 at Quincy Medical Center of congestive heart failure. A lifelong resident of Quincy, she was the daughter of Paul and Margaret (Kelligrew) Hamill and the sister of the late Paul J. of Quincy, John R. of Potomac, MD and James A. of Bethlehem, PA.

She was the wife of the late John J. Foley, the mother of Kevin P. of Quincy, John R. and the late Robert E. and is also survived by her grandson Ryan M. Foley. Margaret worked at the Naval Air Station in Squantum before she got married, and later worked at the Scituate Cabin and at Quincy Motor Company. She was also a volunteer at Quincy Medical Center.

A visiting hour will be held on Tuesday, April 5 from 10:00 to 11:00am, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. Burial will be at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery.
