David W. Heeps

David. W. Heeps of East Bridgewater passed away at home in the care of his loving family on Monday, September 22, 2009 at age 55. Born in Quincy where he was raised and educated, he worked as a rigger at General Dynamics and then until recently at the Boston Herald. The beloved husband of Deborah Gail (Whitlow) Heeps, he was the loving father of Sarah E. Lopes and David J. Heeps, both of East Bridgewater and Valerie A. Seney of New Bedford, and dear grandfather of Isabella, Justin and Lyla. David was the beloved son of Annie Heeps of Quincy and the late David W. Heeps.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, September 24 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Friday there will be a Funeral Service at the Funeral Home at 11:00am. Burial is in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Being a simple guy, David wanted those attending to please dress comfortably. Jeans and T shirts required!
