Helen E. (Foster) Montoya

Helen E. (Foster) Montoya of Quincy passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at age 90. Born in Cambridge where she was raised and educated, she lived in Quincy since 1958 and worked as a secretary for the Postal Service. The beloved wife of Joseph G. Montoya, Helen was the loving mother of Harold D. Kimball and his wife Carol of Quincy, Helen E. Mina and her husband Anthony of Quincy, Marie Montoya of Holbrook, Paul Montoya and his wife Joan of Dedham and Eugene Montoya of So. Boston; dear sister of Dennis Foster of Roslindale and Francis X. Foster of DelRay Beach, FL; and is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 26 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Friday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church 1017 Sea St. Quincy. Burial is at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery.
