Barbara F. (Ferguson) Powers

Barbara F. Powers of Largo FL passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at age 82. A graduate of Braintree High School and the Katherine Gibbs School of Boston, Barbara enjoyed travel and cruises and had visited many parts of the world. The beloved wife of Ambrose C. Powers of Largo, FL, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Catherine L. Ferguson of Braintree, dear sister of Joan Hornaday of Charlotte, NC and the late Charles Ferguson of Milford, NH and Janet Shorey of Wrentham. She is also survived by several stepchildren, nieces, nephews and two grandsons.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church 115 Crescent St., West Quincy on Saturday, June 2 at 11:00AM. Interment will be private.
