David W. Steen

David W. Steen passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the age of 56. Born in Quincy where he was raised and educated, David has lived here most of his life. He worked for many years as a lithographer in the printing industry in the Boston area. David is the beloved father of Adam Steen of Waltham, Nicole Steen of California, and Samantha Steen of Weymouth; he was the beloved son of the late James J. and Norma M. (Campbell) Steen; loving brother of James J. Jr. of Scituate, Cindy and Jennifer Steen, Theresa Mullaney, Barbara Littlefield, and Robert Steen all of Quincy, Mary Meehan of Abington, and the late Michael and Thomas Steen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, October 3 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited to attend. On Tuesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church 1017 Sea St. Quincy. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery W. Quincy.
