Mary F. (Walker) Farrell

Mary F. (Walker) Farrell of Quincy, formerly of So. Boston, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2014 at age 69. Born and raised in South Boston, she worked in customer service at Hub Pen Co. in Braintree The beloved wife of the late Robert F. “Bob” Farrell, Mary was the loving mother of  John Farrell and his wife Kristin of Pembroke, NH, Terri Maginnis and her husband Wayne of Woburn and Robert F. Farrell, Jr. of Quincy; devoted grandmother of ten grandchildren; dear sister of David Walker, Billy Walker, Anne Olasz, and the late Theodore Walker, Peggy Hayes, Kathleen McVicker and Jackie Walker; and is also survived by Dianna Conway, Marion Farrell and the late Lauria Laughery.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 14 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Saturday there will be  a gathering at the funeral home at 8:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00AM at St. Joseph’s Church 550 Washington St. Quincy. Cremation will follow.
