Maureen A. O'Connell

Maureen A. O’Connell, of Marshfield, formerly of Braintree, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at age 71. Raised and educated in Braintree, she lived most of her life in Marshfield. An administrative assistant at Gillette in the Prudential Center, she enjoyed shopping and trips to the casinos. Maureen was the loving mother of Lee Olivolo McCue and her husband Joseph of Hingham, Brian Olivolo of San Carlos, CA, Kevin Olivolo of Concord, CA and Diane Olivolo DeMarco of Scottsdale, AZ; devoted grandmother “GiGi” of 4 grandchildren, Kevin Olivolo, Melanie McCue, and Craig and Scottie DeMarco. Mummy, “May you always walk in sunshine, may you never want for more, may Irish angels rest their wings right beside your door.”

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 9:00 to 11:00AM, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center.
Family and friends are invited. Burial is at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
