George C. Corley

George C. Corley of Quincy passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at age 79. Born in Concord, Georgia where he was raised and educated, he worked for many years as a baker at Continental Baking in Natick. The beloved husband of the late Josephine A. (Ferrazzi) Corley, George was the loving father of Kenneth Corley of NC and Robert Corley of Plymouth; dear grandfather of Angela Anderson, Jonathan, Allison, Justin and Thomas Corley; great-grandfather of Chloe  & Bradley Anderson and Aiden Teed; brother of Robert Corley, Kenneth Corley, both of GA, and the late Charles Corley and Pearly Mae Corley.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 17 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Saturday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church 115 Crescent St. W. Quincy. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery.
