Emeline K. (Kellogg) Kennedy

Emeline K. (Kellogg) Kennedy of Quincy passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 at age 95. Originally from Dorchester, she lived in Quincy for over 45 years and had worked as an insurance clerk. The beloved wife of Joseph E. Kennedy, Emeline was the loving mother of Kathleen M. Laramee of Norwood, dear grandmother of Michael D. Laramee of Milford, Thomas J. Laramee of Seattle, WA and Robert S. Laramee of Swansea, Wales. She was the sister of Ruth E. McCarthy of Framingham and the late Evelyn A. Harper, May Harper and Clarence G. Kellogg, Jr. and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends at 1000 Southern Artery.

On Wednesday, January 7 at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center there will be a gathering of Emeline’s family and friends starting at 10:00, followed by a casual remembrance of her life and that of her husband Joe from 10:30 to 11:30AM. Burial will be private.
