Manuel Andrews

Manuel “Manny” Andrews of Quincy passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at age 82. Born in Cambridge he graduated from Somerville High School. A Korean War veteran, US Air Force, Manny was a letter carrier in Quincy for 42 years before retiring in 2002. The beloved husband of Gilda (DiTullio) Andrews, he was the loving father of Paul Andrews and Maria Andrews, both of Quincy; beloved brother of Amelia Love; and is also survived by his dear brother-in-law and sister-in-law Tom & Charlotte DiTullio and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 23 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Tuesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Joseph’s Church 550 Washington St. Quincy Point. Burial with Military Honors is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
