Joan C. (Melanson) Piscitello

Joan C. (Melanson) Piscitello of Litchfield, NH passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 at age 75. Born in Quincy, MA, where she lived most of her life, she was a Litchfield resident for 17 years. She worked at Raytheon for 20 years before retiring. Predeceased in January by her beloved husband, Robert C. Piscitello, Joan was the mother of the late Earl J. Piscitello and is survived by her son, John J. Piscitello, Jr. of Brockton, her step-children, Christopher Gamble, of FL, Catherine (Galipeau) Snyder of NH, and Theresa Leduc of NH; her 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is the sister of Jean Miller of Quincy and also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 22 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Thursday there will be a Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 noon. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
