Frances B. (Shaker) Kilrow

Frances B. (Shaker) Kilrow passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015 at age 81. Born in Boston where she was raised and educated, she lived in Quincy for 35 years. A homemaker, she loved gardening and cooking, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. The beloved wife of the late Edmund R. Kilrow, Frances the loving mother of Francina L. Kilrow of Quincy, Paul F. Kilrow and his wife Denise of E. Weymouth, Edmund R. Kilrow, Jr. of E. Weymouth and the late Joseph “Joey” Kilrow; devoted grandmother of Paul “Paulie” Kilrow, Jr., Leah Kilrow, Emily Kilrow, Vincent Kilrow and his wife Kerri, Erica Puglisi and her husband Anthony and Christina Anderson; great-grandmother of Jacob & Gia; sister of Lorraine, Lena and Jenny, all of Quincy; and is also survived by her former daughter-in-law, Gale Kilrow of Saugus.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Friday, December 11 from 8:00 to 9:30AM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. A Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 10:00AM at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St. Quincy. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
