Francis J. Flynn

Francis J. Flynn of Quincy passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016 at age 91. Born in Boston where he was raised and educated, he was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. A Quincy resident for 60 years, he worked as a millwright for General Electric before his retirement. The beloved husband of the late Catherine (Prendergast) and Agnes (Looney), Francis was the loving father of Theresa Saccone and her husband James of Pembroke and Kathy Flynn D’Agostino and her husband Joseph of Weymouth; dear grandfather of Patrick Saccone and his wife Laura of Whitman; great-grandfather of Giuliana Saccone; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service at St. Joseph Cemetery in W. Roxbury will be held at a later date.
