Mary A. (Awad) Omar

Mary A. (Awad) Omar of Quincy passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at age 88. A homemaker, she was born in Detroit MI and lived in Quincy most of her life. The beloved wife of the late John R. Omar, Mary was the loving mother of Sheila Malasi of NC, Michael Omar of VT, Mary M. Omar of Quincy, David J. Omar of FL, Sharon A. Aldopoulis of Quincy, John A. Omar of Brockton, Susan A. Kenny of Falmouth and Richard A. Omar of Harwichport; and is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Wednesday July 6 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Thursday there will be a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 10:00AM. Burial is at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
