Dolores M. (Prunier) Belcastro

Dolores M. (Prunier) Belcastro of Quincy passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at age 87. Having lived most of her life in Quincy, she worked at Flavin & Flavin Insurance and for many years at Remick’s. The beloved wife of the late John A. Belcastro, Dolores is survived by her four daughters, Karen A. Brean and her husband David of Marshfield, Jeannette Martinson and her husband Dana of Weymouth, Janice Cahill of Marshfield, and Lisa McNamara and her husband John of Marshfield; her two sons, Stephen M. Belcastro and his wife Marlene of Quincy and John M. Belcastro; her 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late George and Jeannette Prunier and the sister of the late Louis A. Prunier and George R. Prunier.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Sunday, October 9 from 2:00 to 6:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On TUESDAY, October 11, there will be a gathering at the Funeral Home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM at St. Ann Church 757 Hancock St. Wollaston. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
