Anthony J. Currie

Anthony J. “Tony” Currie of Quincy passed away on Monday November 20, 2017 at age 53. Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Dorchester and lived most of his life in Quincy. A veteran of the US Air Force, Tony worked for many years for the US Postal Service. The beloved son of Mary (Boudreau) Currie of Milton and the late John R. Currie, Tony was the loving father of Devon Currie of Jacksonville, FL and dear brother of Linda Currie of Long Beach, CA.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Sunday, November 26 from 3:00 to 6:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Monday there will be a Funeral Service in the funeral Home at 10:00AM. Burial with Military Honors is at St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
