Virginia M. (Wass) Ford

Virginia M. Ford of Weymouth passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Ginny lived for many years in Cohasset and Scituate, and is survived by her husband Robert, and her daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Kenneth Chapman, of Ventura, California.

Born and raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Ginny was an accomplished artist, having been inspired by John Marin, her friend and neighbor in Cape Split, Maine, where both families spent summers.

Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 24th at 11:00AM at St Ann Church 757 Hancock St. Quincy. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
