Eleanor H. (Lomanno) Bertrand

Eleanor H. (Lomanno) Bertrand of Quincy passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at age 95. A lifelong Quincy resident, she was a communicant of St. Joseph Church and enjoyed bowling, dancing and golf. The beloved wife of the late Wilbert J. Bertrand, Sr., Eleanor was the loving mother of Eleanor M. Crocket and her husband Gary of Manteo, NC, Kathleen F. Bertrand and her wife Linda G. Lundin of Bridgewater and Wilbert J. Bertrand, Jr. and his wife Maryellen of Norfolk; dear grandmother of Amy (Ciccarelli) DeSouza; great-grandmother of Noah DeSouza; beloved sister of Carmela McDonald of Quincy and the late Joseph, William, Samuel, Mario, Dominic, and Frank Lomanno and Mary Villa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Tuesday, February 27th from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Church 550 Washington St. Quincy. Burial is at St. Mary’s Cemetery, W. Quincy.
