Marcella M. (Rusconi) Milford

Marcella M. (Rusconi) Milford of Quincy passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 28, 2018, after a battle with Dementia at age 94. A lifelong Quincy resident she was a former Assistant Treasurer for the City of Quincy. In the past 3 years, she was cared for at home by her daughter Janice. The beloved wife of the late Ambrose F. “Chick” Milford, Jr., Marcella was the loving mother of Wayne F. Milford and his wife Denise of Quincy, Janice M. Milford of Quincy, Ambrose F. “Chick” Milford III and his wife Cindy of So. Boston and Diane Samarelli Rucker and her husband Randy of Quincy; dear Noni of Ashley (Milford) Agostinelli and her husband John of Sherborn and the late Wayne Ambrose Milford; and will soon be also survived by a great-grandson.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Wednesday, January 2 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Thursday, her 95th birthday, there will be a Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00AM. Burial is at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery.
