Daniel J. Callahan, III

Daniel J. Callahan III “D.J.” of Quincy passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at age 57. A lifelong Quincy resident, he had worked for many years as a roofer. The beloved son of the late Patricia F. (McGuire) and Daniel J. Callahan, Jr., D.J. was the dear brother of Joanne Wolforth of Weymouth, Deidre Callahan of Orlando, FL and Raegan MacVaugh of Hampstead, NC; uncle of Shannon Antonellis, Krista, Michelle and Mark Wolforth and Kennard and Bailey MacVaugh; grand-uncle of Logan, Lily, Madisen and Tyler; and is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 31 from 4:00 to 6:30PM immediately followed by a Funeral Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. Cremation will follow.
