Violeta (Guri) Shyti

Violeta (Guri) Shyti of Quincy passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019 at age 70. Originally from Albania where she lived and worked as a school principal, she moved to Quincy in 2014. The beloved wife of Viktor Shyti, Violeta was the loving mother of Alma Shyti and her husband Ilir Paci of Sweden, Marcela Doci and her husband Albert of Quincy and Saimir Shyti of Sweden; loving grandmother of Ersi Doci and Geri Paci; and beloved sister of Mimoza Doga of Albania.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Friday, January 3 from 5:00 to 9:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Saturday there will be an additional visiting hour from 9:30 to 10:30AM at the funeral home followed by burial at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
