Allan J. Mayo, Sr., of Quincy, passed away on June 22nd, at the age of 80. He was a fence installer and worked as foreman for American Fence Co., of Quincy for over 30 years.
The beloved husband of the late Theresa L. (MacDonald) Mayo; loving father of Allan J. Mayo, Jr., of NH, Pamela Oliva of Quincy, Virginia Driscoll of NH, Kathleen Mayo of Quincy; devoted grandfather of Nicole, Patti Ann, Joey, Gary, Samantha. Mathew, C.J., Juliette, Kallie, and Reilly; great grandfather of 8 dear great grandchildren; Allan is also survived by his sister Anne Solano of MA.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday, June 27th, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St., Quincy Ctr. On Tuesday there will be a service in the funeral home at 10:00AM. Burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
