Ann M. Erlandson of Boston passed away peacefully on March 9, 2021 at age 91. She was born in South Boston where she was raised and educated and lived there most of her life. The daughter of the late Erik and Ellen Erlandson; Ann was the loving mother of the late Patricia Comerford; Devoted Grandmother to David, his wife Lisa and Michael Comerford of Abington; Beloved Aunt to Robert and his wife Doreen, Kenneth and his wife Dona, Tommy, Joseph, Cathy, and John Bradley; Best friend to Carmen and Gus Jaramillo and their children Nelson, Alberto and his wife Liz; Ann was also the loving “Cookie Nana” to her beloved Great Grand pup Brady. Predeceased by her dear nephew and niece Eric and Judith Erlandson.

Ann was a Union Telephone Operator at New England Telephone and was considered a “Telephone Pioneer”. A strong, independent woman, Ann enjoyed home projects, going shopping and even skiing in her early days.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours with Covid restrictions on Sunday, March 14 from 3:00 to 6:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Monday there will be a gathering at the Funeral Home at 8:45AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Ambrose Church 240 Adams St., Dorchester.
