Obituaries

Ann T. Sullivan, 91,  of Quincy passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Pope Nursing Home in Weymouth, her home for many years. Raised and educated in Quincy where she lived most of her life, she worked for many years at the Bargain Center in Men’s Hats & Ties. A member of the Ladies Sodality and former Sunday School teacher at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, she was volunteer at Carney Hospital and official greeter at Pope Nursing Home. The daughter of the late Agnes and Louis E. Sullivan, DMD, Ann was the loving sister of the late Jane Swindler and is survived by her nieces and nephews, Judy Swindler of Marshfield, Jone McKenna Kirkland of Plymouth, James Swindler of CA, John Swindler of Braintree and Joseph Swindler of Scituate.

There will be a visiting hour on Saturday, August 29 starting at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 227 Sea St. Quincy. Family and friends are invited. Burial is at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery.
