Anna C. Keaney of Quincy passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at age 91. Raised and educated in Dorchester, she lived in Quincy since 1958. She worked as an accountant for Richard C. Knight College Insurance in Boston and was a member of AARP and the Campion Club. The loving daughter of the late John and Margaret (Lyons) Keaney, Anna was the beloved sister of the late Mary C. Keaney and Margaret O’Connell; dear aunt of David O’Connell, Mary Ann O’Connell and Judith Connell; grand-aunt of Sean O’Connell and his wife Christina and great grand-aunt of Quincy O’Connell.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30 at 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1000 Sea St. Quincy. Family and friends are invited. Visiting hours are omitted. Burial is at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anna’s memory may be made to Chapel of Our Savior, 475 Westgate Dr., Brockton, MA 02301.
