Obituaries

Anna M. (King) Fay of Quincy passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at age 77. A lifelong Quincy resident, she worked as an executive secretary at the Grossman Company in Braintree for over 30 years before her retirement. She volunteered at Quincy Hospital and Marina Bay Skilled Nursing Center, enjoyed travelling and outings with her family and an occasional Manhattan.

The beloved wife of the late John B. Fay, Anna was the loving mother of Stephanie A. Dwyer and her husband Shaun of Holbrook, Christopher Fay and his wife Michelle of Pembroke, Allison DiBiaso and her husband Robert of Everett and Patrick J. “PJ” Fay of Quincy; dear grandmother of Kyle, Kayla, Liam, Michael and Casey; and beloved sister of Joan Golden of Quincy.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 23 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Tuesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St. Quincy. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery.
