Anne M. (MacDonald) Pittman of Braintree passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at age 78. Born in Boston where she lived for many years, she had also lived in Falmouth for 25 years and most recently in Braintree.
The beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Pittman, Anne was the loving sister of Rita Currie of Braintree, Ruth Hudson of Avon and Irene Cappello of Wareham; dear aunt of JoAnn Gavoni of Braintree and many other nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Sunday, August 6 from 4:00 to 7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Monday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church 850 Washington St. Braintree. Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery, Boston.
