Obituaries

Barry S. Kenyon of Weymouth passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at age 65. Raised and educated in Abington and in Weymouth where he lived most of his life. He worked as a supervisor at the JFK Library in Boston and was a Vietnam Veteran, US Navy, serving aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Intrepid. The son of the late Robert and Claire Kenyon, Barry was the loving father of Alyssa M. Walsh and her husband William of Plymouth; dear grandfather of Isabella Walsh and Abigail Walsh of Plymouth; beloved brother of Lori Kenyon Sevigny of Rochester, MA, Bradford D. Kenyon of Plymouth, Robin MacInnis of Quincy, Jennifer MacInnis of Marshfield and the late Keith R., Bruce C. and Brian C. Kenyon; and is also survived by his longtime companion, Barbara Carlisle of Weymouth and her daughters Toni Souther of Texas and Heather of Carlisle of Weymouth, along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Monday, November 20 from 4:00 to 7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. A Funeral Service and Military Honors will follow at 7:00PM. Cremation will follow.
