Obituaries

Beverly A (Jardine) Davis of Quincy passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at age 78. A lifelong Quincy resident, she worked as a waitress at Manet Lunch, Louis’ Café and the American Legion Post. She also volunteered with Meals on Wheels and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion Post 380 in Hough’s Neck.

The beloved wife of the late Peter F. Davis, Beverly was the loving mother of Michael J. Davis of Quincy, Peter W. Davis, Jr. of Arizona and the late Laura A. Ross; dear sister of Paula Jardine Harbison of Covington, LA; loving grandmother of Amanda Davis, Lindsey Robertson, Timothy Davis, Eric Davis and Krysta Davis; great grandmother of Adam Davis; and is also survived by her family friend and care giver, Lee Ann Cross of Quincy and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Thursday, February 8th from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Friday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church 1017 Sea St. Quincy. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy.
