Catherine A. Mullin of Quincy passed away on Friday, February 3 at age 83. Born in Charlestown where she was raised and educated, she lived in Quincy since 1977 and worked for Middlesex Bank, State Street Bank and before retiring, as a secretary for Lexington Insurance Company. She was a Lay Apostolate of the Aging, treasurer of the Connected Catholics of the So. Shore and a devout congregant of Holy Trinity Parish, Blessed Sacrament Church, where she was member of the Ladies Sodality. Daughter of the late Gregory and Mary Mullin, Catherine was the beloved sister of the late Thomas J. Kane, Mary Lyons, Martin Kane and John Kane and is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Tuesday, February 7 from 4:00 t0 7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church 1015 Sea St. Quincy. Burial is at New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine’s memory may be made to Most Blessed Sacrament Church.
