Darrah C. Flaherty of Quincy passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019 at age 63. A lifelong Quincy resident, he worked as a special needs bus driver until his retirement. The son of the late William F. and Jeane (Georgiadis) Flaherty, Darrah was the beloved husband of Katherine (McMillen) Flaherty; loving father of Bonnie Lee of Weymouth and Holly Flaherty of Quincy; loving grandfather of Alexandra Lee of Weymouth; dear brother of Barbara Rahaim of Canton; half-brother of William Flaherty of Scituate and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Tuesday, May 14 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Cremation will follow.
