Obituaries

Deborah A. Johnston-Palluccio of Plymouth passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at age 60. Born in Quincy where she was raised and educated and lived for most of her life, she moved to Plymouth 11 years ago.  She worked as a dental hygienist and then for many years as a medical billing specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield. The beloved wife of the late Paul A. Palluccio, Deborah was the loving mother of Jennifer Palluccio-Bohn and her husband Edward of Weymouth and Pauline Westhaver of West Yarmouth; dear grandmother of Jacob Bennett of Weymouth, and Erin and Kacey Westhaver of Dorchester; great-grandmother of Anthony Lewis Lomax; beloved daughter of the late David W. and Priscilla M. (Pope) Johnston; best friend and companion of Arthur Joyce of Manomet; sister of Thomas J. McCarthy of Houston, TX, David W. Johnston of Portland, ME, Roger P. Johnston of Quincy, Jeffrey R. Johnston of Whitman,  Heidi L. Hooper of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and the late Maureen M. Shephard of Carver and Leonard E. Johnston of Leesburg, VA; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 17 from 2:00 to 5:00PM, immediately followed by a Memorial Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited.
