Dorothy E. (Hurley) McLarnon of Quincy passed away peacefully on August 7, 2023, at the age of 94. Born in Quincy, Dorothy worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant for Braintree Public Schools.
Dorothy was the devoted wife of the late Paul McLarnon, Jr.; loving mother to Gerald McLarnon and his wife Janis, Kevin McLarnon and his wife Barbara Sholl; grandmother of Gerald McLarnon II and his wife Jennifer, Justin McLarnon and his wife Danielle, Brett McLarnon and his wife Jen Townsend; great grandmother of Gerald McLarnon III, Jackson McLarnon, Abby McLarnon, and Mary McLarnon. Dorothy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
