Eleanor B. (Graham) Van Aken of Quincy passed away at the Colonial Rehab & Nursing Center in Weymouth on Friday, November 27, 2009 at age 87. Beloved wife of the late George C. Van Aken. She was born in Boston, where she was raised and educated and lived there most of her life. For many years she worked as a waitress at the Hotel Statler in Boston. Eleanor was the sister of Barbara McDonough of FL, Marion Kosiao of Chicago, Charles Graham of Quincy and the late Doris Stone, James Graham, Edward Graham, Marie Kresser, Joseph Graham and Virginia Anderson and is also survuved by many nieces and nephews.
A visiting hour will be held on Thursday, December 3 starting at 9:00am. Family and friends are invited. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church at 10:00am. Burial is in Fairview Cemetery, Stone Ridge, NY.
