Elmina A. (Eldeb) Greene of Quincy passed away peacefully on July 17, 2022, at the age of 92. Born in Lorraine, Ohio. Elmina was raised and educated in Quincy.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, She cherished holidays, the annual family reunions and Christmas parties with her extended family. She enjoyed making crafts and volunteering.
Elmina was the beloved wife of the late William F. Greene; devoted mother of Robert J. Greene of Maine, Susan M. Larson of Quincy and Richard W. Greene of California; survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; loving sister of Ronald Eldeb of Avon, Norman Eldeb of Braintree, Diana Glineck of Florida, Karen Hassan of Braintree, the late James, William, Harriet, Lila, Annamae and Cassandra; Elmina is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday, July 21st from 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm Street, Quincy Center. On Friday there will be a service in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Burial to follow at Pine Hill Cemetery.
