Frances T. “Fran” (Bryan) Lotterhand of Rockland passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at age 86. Born in Providence RI, she was raised and educated in Dorchester and lived for many years in West Quincy before moving to Rockland 11 years ago. A retired bookkeeper for the City of Quincy Water Dept., Fran enjoyed many vacations with her late husband Kenneth “Guido” Lotterhand to whom she was married for 45 years.

The sister of the late Albert W. Bryan and Helen Bryan, Fran was the sister-in-law of Adele Bryan of Bellingham. Claire Foy of Hanover, Noel Constantino of Rockland, and Marlene Lotterhand of Plymouth; dear aunt of Barbara Mizak of St. Croix, V.I., Beverly Hines of Whitefield, N.H., Catherine Gareri of Uxbridge, MA, Laura Drier of Spring, TX, Debbie Williams of Randolph; great aunt of Alexis, Alana, Stevie Ray and Kelsey and is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great friends and her favorite furry friend, Reba.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday May 28 from 4 to 8pm in the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St., Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St. Quincy. She will be buried next to her beloved Kenneth at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:30pm.
