I am surprised and sad to hear about Fred. He had an essential quality needed by peace officers - a sense of humor. Everyone who worked with him also enjoyed the benefit of his watchful eye. Fred cared about people. My condolences to his family.

RIP Freddie Old friend, we shared the same birthday & every year we would give each other a birthday card & lottery tickets ( all losers ) shake hands and do my cackle & say that’s a good one. Yes, Freddie you’re a good one. A true professional, a great man,a great friend. My most heartfelt to his bride, Abe & the rest of the family. I’m devastated,& I miss him already.

I'll always remember Freddie as a kind, thoughtful, compassionate man. Always looking out for us girls at work, he made us laugh and loved talking to us about shopping for his lovely wife Beth. Freddie was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all who loved him. RIP LT. xo

Fred has touched so many lives in a positive way, including mine, and has been an inspiration to many.. Fred was a compassionate man who processed things quickly, was not confrontational, loved playing the drums, and loved the outdoors including hunting and fishing. Fred expressed to me daily of his love for his wife Beth and his dog Bella. "What man tries to separate, God puts together" I will see you on the other side. Rest in peace my brother......
