Gail L. (Solsburg) Fennessy of Boston passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 77. Born in Providence and raised and educated in Cranston, RI, Gail was a retired nurse who worked at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Gail was the beloved wife of John Fennessy; loving mother of Sean C. Fennessy and his partner Michelle Nolan of Taunton; dear grandmother of Oliver and Tallulah of Taunton; sister of Karen Romuald of Johnston, RI, Bobby Solsburg of Johnston, RI, and the late William Solsburg; Gail is also survived by her nieces and nephews Brandon, Alex, and Alexis.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Saturday, November 4th, from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm Street, Quincy Center.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gail’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
