Gladys E. (Doran) Falvey of Quincy passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at age 98. Born in Quincy, she was a lifelong resident and was for many years the manager of the Wollaston Card & Gift Shop. The beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Falvey, Gladys was the loving mother of Linda Falvey and her husband Robert Thornley of Weymouth and the late Lawrence J. Falvey, Jr.; dear grandmother of Justin L. Falvey and sister of the late Mary Kelly.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 25 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Thursday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church 115 Crescent St., W. Quincy. Burial is at Hall Cemetery, W. Quincy.
