I also work in the industry and often found myself at Greg's truck. Not only for the legendary dog and Greg's genuine hospitality but because whenever I visited I knew I could find something real and honest at his truck that was always worth it. I bestowed Speed dogs to fellow workers as gifts and brought always brought my family by whenever they were in town. I guess God needed a Speed dog, and only Greg could have done it right. The Boston food community has lost a man who was a true institution. God bless Greg and may he rest in peace. Sincere love and prayers to his family.

Such Sad news. Our thoughts are with you. My husband Dave and I have been fans of Speed Dog for years and met Greg as he took over and created Super Dog. Greg would have been very successful running Speed Dog as it was. I was always impressed that he continued to reinvent his offerings and made the business his own. We had some nice conversations with Greg and found out we shared some mutual friends. We always looked forward to seeing him. We will always have fond thoughts of Greg. Roz and Dave Desmond

The moment that you died my heart was torn in two one side filled with heartache the other died with you. I often lie awake at night when the world is fast asleep, and take a walk down memory lane, with tears upon my cheeks. Remembering you is easy, I do it everyday, but missing you is heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain. Until the joyous day arrives that we will meet again.

I was very sorry to hear about Greg's passing. I have known him for many years, first through our chef's club and later working nearby in Newmarket Square. He was always quick with a smile and a warm hello.

We at StinkySocks Hockey were acquainted with "Chef Greg", as we knew him for only two weeks prior to his passing. We could tell right from the first time that he played as a goalie with us that he was an amazing person and the type of personality that we were excited to add to the league. We're saddened to hear of his passing but count ourselves fortunate to know him for even a short time.

Barbara, Linda, Donna, Jean & children: Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Gregg will be missed. I will remember that he always was there with a smile, a joke and deliciously good food! Gone too soon, but when he was here, he made a difference. Our condolences to you all. Words can not express how I am feeling. I have known Greg for many years and we have been through so much together and I wouldn't change anything we have been through except more time together. I will forever love and miss him with all my heart. My deepest sympathy goes out to his mom and sisters. I love you Greg.
