My mom has lived in Union Towers One for about 20 years. During this time she grew to know Jim as a kind- natured and considerate man who was a delight to interact with, given his quick wit and dry delivery. He was always a joy to see and always left us laughing. I was so sad to hear of his passing. My Mom and I will sorely miss him. God Bless you Jim, you were truly a great man.

So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a great man and did great good for our community. He helped me on several occasions without even my asking. I will remember him always and pray for you all. It’s a great gift to have known him and a tremendous loss to lose him.

My heartfelt sympathy to Mrs.South& Katie & Dan & families. I have many fond memories of Mr.South. Among them is that he took an interest in the younger generation. He willingly drove the youth to various activities & destinations. He was a wonderful man & role model. He will always be remembered & truly missed by all those who knew & loved him.
