John M. Paige of Quincy passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at age 88. Born in Boston, he formerly lived in Medford, Malden and Framingham. A WWII veteran, John served in the Army Air Corps as a radio operator for mobile weather units in Algeria, Tunisia and Italy. Husband of the late Alice (Harmon) Paige. Son of the late Rev. John M. Paige of VT and the late Bessie (Pelton) Paige of Gloucester. Adopted son of the late Emma C. Paige of Bar Harbor, ME and Medford. Brother-in-law of Frances Wycoff of Quincy. Uncle of Dr. Patricia Wycoff and Genevieve Minori of Mansfield, Shirley and the late John Digiammarino of Tequesta, FL and Carol and Rob Santo of Malden.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 14 at 1:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quncy Center. Family and friends are invited.
