We are so very sorry to hear of our Brother Joseph passing, Joe was always there when his retiree`s needed him. Joe was only a phone call away. The thought and prayers of all of the retiree`s of Local 17 are with Pat and the Nigro family at this most sorrowful time. Please accept our deepest sympathies. President Local 17 Retiree`s Club

Joe will be missed by so, so many people the number is countless. He changed the lives of everyone he touched and you were a better person after spending time with him. He was a true Union-Man in every way possible way, he believed in the Union movement and the members of his union. I will never forget all the battles we had and the laughs after, he me once told me "sometimes you argue harder with your friends then you do with your enemies" and he meant it. God Bless you Joe and God Bless your Family. Thanks for being my friend I will miss you.
